It has been a pleasure doing business with your company from beginning
to end. I appreciate the thoughtful and knowledgeable service and
professional employees who were at my home today.
A “great” roofing experience began when I first met representatives of
your company at the Sonoma County Home and Garden Show where I was a
little more than skeptical when I was told that a Friday 4:30pm
appointment for a roofing estimate was no problem. But I arrived at home
on the given Friday to find your estimator already on the roof and
nearly finished.
He then assured me that the estimate would arrive within 5 working days,
which it did.
Then I was told that the workers would arrive at 7:30am to complete the
job that day. Boy, was I blown away when they arrived at exactly 7:30am
and finished the job as stated. They worked hard all day and I
appreciate their dedication to getting the roof completed.
Please extend my sincere appreciation to all the fine employees of
Capstone Roofing. You are a wonderful organization and you would have my
recommendation for any future job.
